[PSUBS-MAILIST] Blue Globe trick???

Quick question for those of you who have used Blue Globe seals... I have a
14mm cable to seal with a gland that is supposed to fit a range of 9-14mm,
but I can't see how on earth it would ever get through. Its not even close.
Am I supposed to put the gland in boiling water or something? Help!
