Hello Alec
The sealing sleeve is actually made in two parts that are joined by a
thinner link. To fit in cables on the high side of tthe range
You have to cut out and remove the inner sleeve

I generally use a small cutter making sure I don’t damage the outer part of
the sealing sleeve
