Hank,
we used to have the Antipodes operating commercially as a tourist sub but
now I only know of two possible operational submersibles. 
One is Hugh's Com sub, however he said he had a buyer a while back, the other
belonged to a guy called Graeme Hart who kept it on his Super yacht; but that
was up for sale. 
There could well be none as the navy doesn't have any!
I better get my ambient back up & running! 
It's a hard grind down here! If you mention submarine you may as well be saying
UFO.
