We will likely pare this down a few days as we finalize plans and scheduling. However, we have committed to the event occurring during the week of Jan 17th with technical presentations on Jan 23.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Attending Vessels:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We currently have three confirmed vessels including Toto K350, VAST 250, and The Great Escape 250. Two additional vessels are likely to attend including R-400 and Nekton Gamma.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Dive Operations:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We are currently looking at two days of dive operations. One in shallow bay water to gain familiarity and initial sea trials, the second off-shore in deeper water.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Tours:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">None of these are confirmed, however we are investigating San Diego Maritime Museum including USS Dolphin submarine, USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum at Navy Pier, Birch Aquarium, and US Undersea Rescue Command COMSUBPAC.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Lodging:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We hope to have a central lodging location so we can all be close by to each other. Expect recommendations later this summer. Currently we are seeing rates in the $150-$600 per night range.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Speakers/Presentations:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">If you have a project or topic you would like to present to the organization, let us know.
