I think I will simply pipe the tanks to two Kittredge style valves in<br clear="none">
the conning tower.  The same as the main tanks.<br clear="none">
<br clear="none">
With vents at the for and aft of the tanks, hopefully any bubble will<br clear="none">
vanish reasonably quick.  I will put 3/4 inch pipe.<br clear="none">
<br clear="none">
I might put deck plates on as well.  We'll see.<br clear="none">
