It can sleep up to six people, has an outboard engine for getting around and out of the harbor. It originally had a small inboard but it was removed. Which is actually good because those gas inboards can give off gas fumes. I might eventually put an electric drive in it, similar to what I will use for my sub, the oil filled motors. Have a massive battery bank, you actually only need the motor for getting in and out of the harbor anyway. Of have some sort of gen set to power the motor, a tiny diesel. It still has the heat exchanger that was used for the engine, I could use that for the electric oil filled motor. has a galley, head, sink , lots of storage, stereo, ship to shore radio, extra sails, 50' of chain anchor plus another 75 of line, and a lot of nice woodwork.
