<span>Joe,</span></div><div><span>Thank you, </span></div><div><span>The arm is swung into a parallel position when under way.  There is reference in the operating information to remove the retaining strap.  I assume when in transport the arm is secured in some way.  As for when towing, the hydraulic cylinder that controls swing will hold it strait. </span></div>

<div>I just posted four new pictures showing my progress of gamma as 
promised.  I was hoping to operate the manipulator today but the hyd pump 
is not pumping oil.  I am hoping the oil is to heavy and cold to get sucked 
into the pump, that will be an easy fix.</div>
