In /Naval History/, August 2026, there's a note that the captain of the 
/Ben Franklin/, Don Kazimir, "slipped his final moorings" at the age of 
91.  He had retired to North Palm Beach, Florida.

The submarine is now in the Vancouver Maritime Museum.
