[PSUBS-MAILIST] Weld seam location

Hello
Mine is on 20degrees off bottom, far from any through hull. Or lifting
eyes.
And not bathing in bilge water.
Looking at pressure vessels rules like uk /eu 13445 you can either put
through hulls right through butt welds or far enough.
