[PSUBS-MAILIST] K-600 has been blasted

Continuing work on the K-600 and this is the result of sandblasting (see attached photos).  It took 10 hours and 3000 lbs of sand to complete with a 375 cfm compressor.  I'm now putting on a primer of Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646 (color white).  The working time for the epoxy paint has been about half of what the spec sheet states.  I'll follow up later with more details about the painting.
