Rick,
so that's close to 9 Amps for the combined 3 X 100W lights.
The item in the screen shot below looks good, unless I am hearing you wrong & you are wanting two wires in the same jacket.
Marine chandleries & automotive supplies should have that or similar. Or buy it on line.
I had to convert from imperial to metric; which gave me a size range for your blue globe
Of 2-6mm. The item below is 3.3mm diameter.
