 Thank you guys,Alan, turns out it is pretty hard to talk to a camera.  On the first day it was real bad.  Then I learned to relax and the second day it went real smooth.  I figured out that breaking it into segments makes it real easy.   I still stumbled a bit , but I think I will improve.  If you are referring to the Carbon Fibre tanks, I will put 3,000 psi in and they are plumbed to an internal regulator set at 1,000.  that is so the tanks can never go below 1,000 psi.Hank
