[PSUBS-MAILIST] attaching wires

I am running wires all over the place and was wondering how people are
securing their wires to the hull. I have welded a couple of small stainless
steel eyes to tie wire to but a real pain.
 I also would rather not drill any holes into my T bar frames. I was
wondering if I could find small plastic eyes with adhesive on them if they
would stay stuck to paint for a long time??
