It's people like this that are going to get killed and all of us will suffer. Freakin idiots! If you are going to build a submarine, do the correct engineering, don't try to "do it cheap", use the correct materials, do the correct construction procedures, test everything, and use correct safety procedures. Seeing these dumb asses makes me sick.
