[PSUBS-MAILIST] Jon's new penetrators

I'm looking for a clearance recommendation between shaft and bore that 
provides for easy shaft insertion but very little slop side to side.  I 
promise I am not being sexually provocative here, just trying to get 
specs for an electrical penetrator.  If the bore is 1 inch diameter 
let's say, would I want to spec out .95?  .995?
