Don't know the name but the machine looks stable.  Taper 40 is ok.

 

Check if you can use the machine as vertical mill. Makes much more sense
than horizontal!

Anyone know anything about these?  Ive never heard of them.  This one has
cropped up on a local website.  I am going to have a look after work...
